- Understand how to support yourself in your trauma responses/trigger experiences
- Have processed and reframed some of your trauma.
- Understand the importance of disclosure.
- Feel connected and have a clearer path forward for your support and healing

DAY 1 THURSDAY EVENING
4.00 pm Arrive and settle in
