Are you a male who faces challenges in breaking free and establishing independence from your mother or family? The RECLAIM 2 experiential trauma workshop is based on the work of Dr. Ken Adams and Dr. Patricia Love. It will also incorporate Somatic Experiencing and Brainspotting (body awareness approaches to healing trauma). Participation is limited to a maximum of 7 attendees.
The healing workshop will be held at the Women’s Healing Sanctuary, a safe and nurturing space. I am grateful for their generosity in hosting us.
